Roseanna Barr went on Twitter late Saturday night to dispel rumors that she had a heart attack.

"I'm fine," Barr, 66, told supporters after concerns about her health spread Saturday night.

The rumors were triggered when a man claiming to have been assaulted by the Barr agent said during a popular online radio show that the star had suffered a heart attack and that she was being taken away emergency department. Barr fans quickly called on Twitter to wish him a speedy recovery. But a few hours after the news airing, Barr went on Twitter herself to reassure her fans that she was fine.

Barr has been part of pop culture and political life since the reboot of its hit show ABC Roseanne was canceled in May after Barr's racist comment on Twitter. An inclined fallout The conners and focusing more on the fictional midwestern family created in October when Roseanne's character was killed by an opioid overdose.

Barr's real life has been open in the past about his health issues. Earlier this year, she spoke of a misdiagnosis that led her to believe that she was becoming blind because of macular degeneration and glaucoma.

Despite Barr denials, supporters continue to offer their thoughts and prayers to the comedian on social media.
