Linebacker Reuben Foster of the 49th San Francisco was arrested for "probable cause" of domestic violence on Saturday night in Tampa, Florida, where the NFL team faces the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office reported that Foster was arrested by the Tampa Police Department at Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay, where the team was staying, and he was sentenced to prison at 11:11 pm. EST Saturday.
The 49ers had not released a statement on Foster's third arrest this year at midnight.
On January 12, former Alabama All-American was arrested in Tuscaloosa and charged with possession of second-degree marijuana.
On February 11, Foster was arrested in Los Gatos, California, and charged with serious domestic violence, for forcefully attempting to prevent a victim from reporting a crime and possession of firearms. assault.
One judge dismissed two of these charges after the "victim" testified that she had formulated her allegations against Foster and that she had reduced the charge of weapons of one. crime on May 23rd.
The marijuana charge was dismissed in May after Foster participated in a pre-trial diversion program.
On June 6, Foster did not plead any dispute in the Superior Court of Santa Clara County for illegal possession of an assault weapon and was sentenced to community service and two years probation.
Although Foster's legal problems have been resolved, the NFL suspended him for the first two games of the 2018 regular season for violating the league's personal behavior policy, as well as its policy and program on substances of abuse.

Foster was named an Alabama Class 6A lineman for the 2012 season at Auburn High School. He won the Butkus Award as the country's best collegiate linebacker in 2016 in Alabama.
Foster joined the star team of the Pro Football Writers Association football club for the 2017 season after the 49ers traded to select him with the 31st pick of the draft last year. .
