RALEIGH (WTVD) –
A child was hospitalized after being injured during a domestic dispute early Monday morning, police said.
The incident occurred before 1 am at Cedar Point Apartments on Sandy Forks Road, near Suburban Drive.
The baby's father, Jose Luis Cordero-Jimenez, was arrested and charged with the offense of mistreatment and assault of a woman.
Officers said the woman was assaulted while holding the child.
