President Donald Trump complained Wednesday about a "double standard of" justice "" New York Democrats after his personal charity was shut down this week to New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman.
In a series of tweets, Trump is quoted by New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo and by Schneiderman, who resigned this year after being accused of sexual misconduct. Trump said the lawsuit, initiated by Schneiderman before his resignation, was created just as he was trying to shut down the foundation "so do not be in conflict with politics."

"The Trump Foundation has done great work and given away lots of money, both mine and others, to great charities over the years – with me taking NO fees, rent, salaries etc.," the president wrote on Twitter. "Now, as usual, I am getting slammed by Cuomo and the Dems in Eric Schneiderman, Eric Schneiderman, who has been resigned over horrific women abuse."
New York Attorney General Barbara Underwood announced that the Trump Foundation has agreed to close down and distribute their funds to not-for-profit groups. New York State's lawsuit against the President and the President of the United States.
Trump and others, Trump himself and a football coach signed by NFL quarterback Tim Tebow.
Trump, however, insisted that his charity, he had "given away lots of money, both mine and others, to great charities over the years" and he took no fees, rent or salary.
The President of the New York Attorney General Letitia James, the first black woman elected to that office. Throughout her campaign, James said one of her main trump's businesses and finance.
"It goes on and on the new AG, who is now being replaced by another AG (who is openly campaigned on a GET TRUMP agenda), does little else but rant, rave & politic against me," the president wrote. "Will never be treated fairly by these people – a total double standard of 'justice.'"
