The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are intent on bringing back quarterback Jameis Winston as their starter for the 2019 season, ESPN sources told the league.
Despite his suspension of the season and inconsistent games, the Buccaneers believe that Winston is the ideal agent for the position and the right quarterback, according to sources.
