The video of a woman who allegedly called the police on a girl selling water bottles in San Francisco in front of the AT & T stadium on Friday is viral.

The mother of the child, Erin Austin, posted the video on his Instagram account. In this one, she follows a woman named Alison Ettel according to Huffington Post and Sfgate.com, who holds a phone to his ear.

Austin told All the Moms that she recently lost her job and her daughter Jordan was trying to raise money because she wanted to go to Disneyland.

Jordan was selling water bottles outside the family's building, which is across the street from the AT & T stadium where the Giants were playing that day, Austin said.

Taken off guard when Ettel approached Jordan, 8, for a permit, Austin said she intervened.

When Ettel started calling the police, Austin said that she took out her phone to the video.

"This woman does not want to let a little girl sell water," Austin says. "She called the police on an 8-year-old girl."

Ettel then leans behind a brick structure, seeming to hide.

Austin follows her with the camera, telling her that the whole world is going to see her.

Ettel says that the girl "illegally sells water without a permit." We do not know if she's talking to the cops or Austin.

"On my property," says Austin.

"This is not your property," says Ettel before the end of the video.

Ettel: It was noise, not the race

In an interview with Huffington Post, Ettel said that the police call had no "racial component" and that it was "Austin" screaming.

She also said that she had not called the police but that she was pretending.

All the moms reached out to the San Francisco police, but did not immediately hear. Contact with Ettel was also unsuccessful.

Ettel told the Post that she was working in her home office with open windows, but chose not to close them because it would have been too hot. That would not have stifled the noise either, she said.

"They were screaming about what they were selling," she said. "It was literally nonstop." It was every two seconds, "Come buy my water" It was continuous and it was not a soft voice, She was screaming. "

#PermitPatty trends

In the video legend of Erin Austin, she asked people to make the viral woman under the hashtag "#permitpatty".

At the time of publication, the video had more than 660,000 views and #PermitPatty was on Twitter.

Austin's cousin, Raje Lee, who posted on the incident on Twitter, said his cousin was gifted with four tickets to Disneyland by a man who heard about the story.

She posted a video on Twitter of her cousin's response:

Austin said she was "overwhelmed" by the positivity and support that her family received. She said that she, Jordan, her son, Joshua, and Lee would take the trip.

Asked about the fact that Etel told Huffington Post that she was feeling bad about the situation, Austin said she was "no excuse."

"She did it for herself," she said.
