The BET Awards 2018 were presented Sunday night in Los Angeles.
Black Panther won the Best Film Award, while SZA won the Best New Artist Award. DJ Khaled and Migos were also among the winners of the evening.
In addition, R & B singer Anita Baker received the Lifetime Achievement Award, while six people were selected to receive the Humanitarian Award: Waffle House Hero James Shaw Jr .; Guest Speaker March for Our Lives Naomi Wadler; Justin Blackmon, National Walking Day participant; Shaun King reporter; Parkland, Florida, hero Anthony Borges; and Mamoudou Gassama, the man who rescued a 4-year-old by climbing a set of balconies like Spider-Man in Paris.
Jamie Foxx hosted the show, broadcast live on BET by the Los Angeles Microsoft Theater.
