A week after Heather Locklear underwent a psychological assessment after threatening to kill herself, the actress was arrested for attacking a police officer and an EMT who had responded to a disturbance call.

Heather was taken to the hospital and then taken to prison, where she was held for two counts of misdemeanor, reports TMZ. The 56-year-old man is on bail of $ 20,000.

"At this location, we contacted a person who had medical needs, and they were treated by the Ventura County Fire Department, and they were then taken to a local hospital," he said. he says. "There was no criminal activity, the person was not arrested."
