Heather Locklear Arrested After Attacking Cop and EMT

A week after Heather Locklear underwent a psychological assessment after threatening to kill herself, the actress was arrested for attacking a police officer and an EMT who had responded to a disturbance call.

A member of Locklear's family called 911 on Sunday night while Locklear was "heavily intoxicated," according to TMZ. When the police arrived, she allegedly beat an officer who was trying to separate her from her family. Locklear then kicked an EMT that was putting her on a stretcher.

The name Locklear appears on the police diary of the Sheriff County Sheriff's Office. The authorities did not immediately return PEOPLE's request for comment.

Heather was taken to the hospital and then taken to prison, where she was held for two counts of misdemeanor, reports TMZ. The 56-year-old man is on bail of $ 20,000.

In last week's incident, first responders were sent to the Melrose Place The alum house after a call came from the sheriff's office for a "suicidal" person who "is violent," according to an incident report from the county fire department of Ventura obtained by PEOPLE. The report stated that the person had already threatened to shoot MPs and that she had a registered handgun. (She was not armed during the Sunday incident.)

When he was contacted by PEOPLE, Captain Garo Kuredjian of the Ventura County Sheriff's Office was unable to comment or confirm the details of the appeal, but the public records show that Locklear lives in the block where the incident occurred.

"At this location, we contacted a person who had medical needs, and they were treated by the Ventura County Fire Department, and they were then taken to a local hospital," he said. he says. "There was no criminal activity, the person was not arrested."

A Locklear representative did not respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.

In late February, Locklear was arrested on suspicion of felony domestic battery and three battery chiefs on a police officer. The police then ransacked her home to find a firearm that was registered in her name.

Captain Kuredjian told people after the February incident that Locklear's alleged threats against MPs – she threatened them verbally, saying that she would "shoot them down when they returned home", according to the Thousand Oaks Police Department. grab the gun, which the detectives did not find.
