Acton told TMZ that she was selling because she is expecting a baby girl and plans to move to a new home with a guest house, where her parents can live. She would also move to the Miami area, where she will look for an even bigger home with about 10,000 additional square feet. (The old Kardashian and West home is 9,000 square feet.)
