Texas police are asking for information to help find four "evil" individuals who were involved in the torture of a 7-year-old boy during a home invasion.
The Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office was called following reports that a family had been "traumatized" during a burglary at their Houston home around 3 am Monday.
Officials said that the suspects broke into the house and whipped the father asking him to tell them where they were keeping their money.
"What is really scary and upsetting about it, is when the father told them that there was no money, they went to fetch the 7 year old boy "said Fort Bend County Sheriff Troy Nehls at a news conference.
Police said the men filled the family bath and repeatedly soaked the boy in the hot water in order to bring the father to reveal hidden money.
"We have a video of the interior of this house," Nehls said. "You can hear the shrieks of all the family members inside this house.You can hear that boy screaming, and you can hear them filling this tub with water … then suddenly the screams become muffled as they hold it under the water. "
The ministry said it will not release the images as part of the investigation.

Police confirmed that while the bath water was hot, it did not burn the child. He was taken to hospital and treated for life-threatening injuries after being caught in his lungs.
"It's horrible to think that we have people trying to make some money by doing that to a child," Nehls said.
Justin White, detective at the sheriff's office, said, "The seven-year-old boy has to watch his father to be tortured, and when that did not work, they tortured the seven-year-old boy. It's very sick and it's wrong to do something like that to a child. "
Fort Bend County Crime Stoppers is now offering a $ 25,000 reward for information that will lead to an arrest. "We will stop at nothing to apprehend these patients, and we need help from the public," Nehls said.
The suspects eventually escaped with jewels, money, cell phones and car keys, KTRK reported.
One of the suspects was seen wearing a vintage black Air Jordan hoodie with distinctive white sleeves with "Jordan" spelled in black letters. Another suspect was wearing a white Adidas sweater with a white shirt that seems to read "change".
A third suspect wore a black hooded top and black pants with a white stripe on his leg. Police are also looking for a fourth suspect, suspected to be the leaky driver.
