Here's how to see Saturn

ORLANDO, Fla. – Look at the sky Wednesday night, and you'll have a rare pleasure.

The ringed planet Saturn will be visible for a limited time.

"If you've never seen the rings of Saturn, it's now your chance," said Dave Samuhel, Accuweather's astronomy blogger.

According to NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, "Saturn is in opposition on (Wednesday), when she and the sun are at the opposite sides of the earth".

Saturn will officially reach the opposition around 9 am, but the best time to see it will be on Wednesday night when it will join the moon.

Many will see Saturn at the naked eye, but its rings will also be visible.

"A small telescope is all you need," Samuhel said.

Saturn is not the only planet that will soon be seen by the earthlings.

On July 27, the red planet Mars will have its second closest opposition in nearly 60,000 years.

And you will not miss the moon. The full moon of June is called the Strawberry Moon, which was named because it indicated to the Algonquin tribes that it was time to harvest strawberries ripening.
