KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia – 13 other lawmakers were appointed to the cabinet of Malaysia, including a 25-year-old touted as the youngest minister of the country and the Minister of Science who will focus on green technology and climate change.
The government's expansion comes nearly two months after Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad led a quadripartite alliance to overthrow the coalition of the National Front that had been in power since independence. Britain in 1957 on the promise to fight corruption and institute reforms.
