Interestingly, she subtitled the photo with "Chi Christmas", with some heart emojis. Based on this legend, could it be that the middle name of Chicago is Noel? It would come back to tradition if Kardashian and her husband, Kanye West, decided to give their youngest a middle name, like their other children, North and Saint, do not have one, by Romper.
It would be logical that Noel be the middle name of the little one, because it is the same name as Kardashian herself. It would be incredibly nice if both had the name "Noel". Or maybe the inclusion in the caption does not mean the middle name of Chicago. Until Kardashian clarifies what the legend symbolizes, fans can only speculate on what it really means.
