SAN ANTONIO – The Texas police is looking for a man who assaulted a teenager wearing a Make America Great Again hat (MAGA) at a San Antonio fast food restaurant Tuesday night. The attack was captured on video, which became viral on social media.
The video, obtained by WOAI, shows the assault that took place in a Whataburger restaurant. A man is seen drinking a glass on the face of Hunter Richard, 16 years old. The man said to the boy, "You can not stand the ***," before leaving the restaurant with his hat.

Richard was at the restaurant with friends, who said that the attack had taken place without any provocation.
The iconic red hat has become a symbol of Donald Trump's presidency.
"I support my president, and if that is not the case, let's talk about it instead of getting rid of my hat," Richard told WOAI. "I just think that a conversation about politics is more productive for the entire whole rather than taking my hat off and shouting subjective words to me."
The man who threw the drink was not identified. A police report has been filed.
