TRADE CITY, COL. – A fire broke out on EVRAZ Recycling's grounds in unincorporated Adams County near Commerce City on Tuesday afternoon, sending thick black smoke several hundred meters in the air and flames of several tens of feet. was reported at 3:15 pm at the plant, located at 5601 York Street, near Riverside Cemetery.
