House of cards revealed the fate of Kevin Spacey's character, Frank Underwood.
In a new 25-second teaser for the sixth and final season of the show, Netflix apparently confirms the theory that he would be killed, showing Claire Underwood (Robin Wright) visiting Frank's grave for a cold speech.
"I'll tell you that, Francis," she said. "When they bury me, it will not be in my backyard. And when they pay their respects, they will have to queue.
She breaks the fourth wall and sends the last line of dialogue directly to the camera before the clip cuts a scene from Frank's grave alongside his father in South Carolina. A gravestone places his death in 2017.

Spacey, 59, was originally scheduled to return for the sixth season, but when several charges of sexual misconduct were brought against him, Netflix suspended the drama indefinitely before returning the actor. It has not been seen in public since it went into a treatment facility in November.

Season 5 ended with the resignation of his White House character as his wife and Vice President Claire took over the presidency. After Spacey's shot, the last season was redesigned as Wright's character became the main goal.
The final season begins Nov. 2 on Netflix.
