The Pinellas County Sheriff's Child Protection Investigation Division released several documents Wednesday night as part of an ongoing investigation into the death of Jordan Belliveau, 2 years old.
Jordan's mother, Charisse Stinson, 21, was arrested and charged with first degree murder. The documents indicate that Jordan has just been released from the custody of the DCF and that Stinson was able to recover him on Friday, a day before police say he killed him.
The 2016 documents indicate that the house Jordan was living in was dangerous. Investigators noted that gang members frequented the house and that gunshots had been fired in the past. Much information has also been passed on to law enforcement because of violent crime and stolen vehicles.
In a 2016 safety analysis report, investigators wrote:
"There is imminent danger in this house at the moment." The documents detail an incident on June 18, 2017, in which Jordan's mother, Charisse Stinson, and Jordan's father were involved in a physical fight with many other parties besides Burger King. During the fight, the investigators claim that Stinson was holding Jordan and that he was then hit in the face by another woman involved in the altercation.

The mother had unsupervised visits at the time of the incident, but now the mother's and father's visits are supervised in an institution.
