Entertainment Weekly has launched the first official photos of the next edition of Marvel. Captain Marvel, and one photo in particular has already attracted people's attention: four Skrulls, members of an alien race who will act as antagonists of the film, walking on an unknown beach. The snapshot is ready to be memorized.
In all fairness, it's fun to joke about the Skrulls. They look like a failed rock band – or a group of men supporting fish that were to appear in The shape of the water but discarded on the floor of the cutting room during the editing.
We are not the only ones to think so either. The Skrulls are now a meme and are even subject to photo contests. Really, what's the point of a major superhero movie that reveals if you can not revel in some jokes.
Fortunately, Captain Marvel does not seem as bad as his foreign counterparts. His revealing costume is celebrated by just about everyone – even though people have argued that Captain Marvel could use a ponytail.
