The two men, both 54 years old, reportedly split up when they left their pardon and preferred the house at Carlton Gardens last month after Johnson's resignation as foreign secretary.
They now live separately and no longer socialize as a couple.
This morning, a joint statement from the couple confirmed their divorce.
The last split came after the allegations of a third extra-martial case.

Their joint statement to the Press Association through a family friend, Mr. Johnson and Ms. Wheeler, said, "Several months ago, after 25 years of marriage, we decided to separate.
"We have subsequently agreed to divorce and this process is underway, and as friends, we will continue to support our four children in the years to come, and we will not comment further."
