Lexus Takumi specialists have been involved in the design process and the automaker is entrusting the manufacture, sale and service to the famous Marquis-Larson boat group from Pulaski, Wisconsin. Lexus promises craftsmanship, modern technology and inspired design. It looks like a boat, so the design must have been inspired by a boat.
The boat is 65 feet long and 19 feet wide. The Lexus has "three sumptuous cabs and multiple entertainment spaces and multi-purpose lounges." The official statement does not mention the powertrain, but Autoblog says you can choose from Volvo IPS 1200 or Volvo IPS 1350 marine engines.
It's not the Lexus flagship product I've been waiting for, or even I wanted to see. I was hoping for an amazing car. I suppose that if you are going to face a proletarian uprising, a luxury yacht will help to improve the mileage between you and the battlefields.
