An 11-year-old "diva" has become an Internet superstar and has developed a vast network on social networks, despite extremely rare aging conditions.

Adalia Rose, of Austin, Texas, has recorded nearly 170 million views on YouTube and over 13 million "likes" on Facebook with her hilarious videos showcasing her infectious personality.

But Adalia suffers from Hutchinson's syndrome – Gilford progeria – a genetic disease characterized by the signs of accelerated aging, which affects fewer than 500 people worldwide.

The researchers say that progeria is caused by a mutation in a gene called LMNA, which produces the protein Lamin A, used to maintain the nucleus of a cell.

Besides premature aging, other symptoms include dwarfism, lack of fat and muscle, hair loss, visible veins, high pitched voice and stiff joints.

Natalia Pallante, 29, Aralia's mother, said, "When Adalia was born, I think it was like she was a month old and was not happy with her growth.

"It was one of the symptoms that appeared first and it turned out that the skin of her belly was really narrow and just different.

"She was diagnosed at the age of three months. It is at this moment that the real changes began to occur. She began to lose her hair and her small veins began to appear more often and her skin began to clear much more.

"I was a single mom at the time, so when I had the diagnosis, I was alone. It was just her and me and I felt honestly lost.

The average life expectancy of a child with progeria is 13 years, but despite her health problems, Adalia, now 11, relishes her fame on the Internet – even though she Admits that she can be a little diva.

"I guess I'm a diva, because I always get what I want!" Said Adalia.

Papa Ryan, 31, added, "Having an 11-year-old social media superstar is crazy, especially when you're in public – you know a lot of people recognize it.

The family says they live from day to day and avoid discussing life expectancy with their daughter so as not to scare her.

"We do not even say the word" progeria "very often, we just treat her like an 11-year-old girl and try to give her the best life," said Ryan.

Her social media channels have turned into a huge success and present Adalia who sings and shows her makeup skills.

Natalia says, "She sees herself different. Sometimes there are days when she says, "I wish I were taller, I would like to have hair, I would like that I look like everyone else, I would like to be able to do what everyone else can do."

"But then, she will look like" Who needs hair anyway, I have a bunch of wigs, I can have different hair every day ".

"What I prefer as a mom is to see her grow and see how different she is from everyone else.

"She is so exuberant and every day is something new with her, so it's always exciting."

"Adalia has completely changed my life, it's not like I'm hateful, but I was not nice to myself. I was not grateful. I did not know what life was like before he was born, "added his mother.

"Her followers tell her all the time good things, that you are so cute, I love you, you are so beautiful, I love the way you dance, I love your videos. They have constant comments on how she is inspired and how she does not let anything stop her and they are right. She likes these comments.
