"The story is somehow written," said American singer and actor Nick Jonas about his love affair with Priyanka Chopra, who opened for the first time time on how they met.

According to reports, former band member Jonas Brothers told the story during an episode of the Jimmy Fallon show.

Nick and Priyanka were connected by a friend. After the initial introduction, the two sent a text message but did not meet in person until six months later.

In May 2017, they attended the Met Gala together. While Jonah said the two "have had a great time," he also insisted that they only went as friends.

"Our lives have brought us to different places," said Nick, 25, in Fallon.
