NFL rumors: Dez Bryant cowboys trolls on Twitter, is advertising for the Patriots or the Redskins

Former Dallas Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant has still not signed because the first week of the 2018 NFL season will end with a doubling of Monday night's football.

But the former Pro Bowl receiver seemed to like playing the armchair quarters Sunday, watching his former losing team face the Carolina Panthers, 16-8.

Bryant has been active on Twitter throughout the day and, as you can imagine, he has not hesitated to share his ideas, especially regarding Cowboys issues:

Dallas released Bryant in April. Despite the interest of the Baltimore Ravens and Cleveland Browns, the grand receiver remains unemployed.

But Bryant dropped a clue Sunday on where he might want to land:

The Patriots are an intriguing landing place. Head coach Bill Belichick has never been afraid to face players with big names in the broad sense, having played on Randy Moss and Chad Johnson in the past.

New England is also thin off the receiver. Julian Edelman is serving a four-game suspension, Brandin Cooks has been traded to the Los Angeles Rams, Danny Amendola has signed a free agent contract with the Miami Dolphins and Kenny Britt, former Rutgers receiver.

Bryant was named All-Pro in 2014. It was the last season he had received more than 1,000 yards. Bryant played every 16 games last season for the Cowboys, finishing with 69 receptions for 838 yards and six touchdowns.
