Fenati tried to grab the front-runner Stefano Manzi's brake lever during the race, which earned him widespread condemnation and a two-race ban.
An initial statement from the team on Sunday night described Fenati's acts as "unforgivable" and "a serious mistake, circulated around the world," but did not suggest new penalties for the runner.
However, the team has now confirmed that it does not intend to see the season with Fenati, who should have played four more races with Snipers after serving his ban.
"Now we can inform you that the Marinelli Snipers team will terminate the contract with rider Romano Fenati, from now on, for his unsportsmanlike, dangerous and damaging behavior," the statement said.
"With extreme regret, we must note that his irresponsible act endangers the life of another rider and can not be excused [for] never."
Fenati had to leave his current team at the end of the year and join Forward Racing, the team that goes around Manzi and will run this year in partnership with the former Italian manufacturer MV Agusta.
However, the agreement of Fenati in 2019 is now as serious, since the president of MV Agusta, Giovanni Castiglioni, is committed to preventing him from driving for the company.
"It was the worst and saddest thing I've ever had [have] never seen in a bike race, "wrote Castiglioni in a social media message.
"True sportsmen would never act that way. If I would be [series promoter] Dorna, I would ban him from world races.
"Regarding his contract for a future MV Agusta Moto 2 driver position, I will oppose [it] myself in every way.

Sending to Movistar TV after arriving Sunday, Fenati suggested that Manzi shared the blame for the race's events.
In the run-up to the incident, Manzi had escaped Fenati in a mistimed passing attempt, which earned him a six-seat penalty for the next race in Aragon.
"There was first a contact and he pushed me off the track. Later, he did it again, "Fenati said.
"Obviously, that does not justify my action, but it's always the same riders who ruin the races.
"It was not a smart decision, dangerous for him but also for me. But this should be seen in perspective. "
