The royal couple was invited to visit Australia and New Zealand by the respective country governments in October.
The Duke and Duchess will also visit the Pacific Islands, Fiji and Tonga during their flash tour as they seek to strengthen their engagement with the Commonwealth countries after the Prince has assumed the role Ambassador of the Commonwealth in April.
The tour will focus on the recovery and rehabilitation of soldiers and women at the 2018 Invictus Games of Prince Harry in Sydney.
Kensington Palace said, "The program in these four Commonwealth countries will focus on youth leadership, the environment and conservation, including the launch of several new Canopy Commonwealth Queen's projects. "
The 16-day visit will take place from Tuesday, October 16th to Wednesday, October 31st.
The tour of the four Pacific nations will see Meghan Markle and Harry in Sydney on Oct. 16 for a day before moving to Dubbo in rural New South Wales on Oct. 17.
On October 18th, the couple will be in Melbourne, before returning to Sydney for the fourth events of the Invictus Games between October 19th and 21st.
The Opening Ceremony of the Invictus Games will take place on October 20th.

The sporting event, launched for the first time in London in 2014 by Prince Harry, will see 500 veterans of the injured and paralyzed defense forces from 18 countries participate in 11 adaptive sports.
The royal couple will then travel to Fraser Island, Queensland, the October 22 where they will see a completed Queen's Canopy project.
Meghan and Harry will then travel to Fiji and Tonga, before returning to Sydney on October 26, to spend October 27 in Australia at the Closing Ceremony of the Invictus Games.
The Commonwealth is an area of interest for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. Meghan said in her official engagement interview that she wanted to work more with countries when she joined the royal family.

And Kensington Palace's announcement that the couple will focus on "youth leadership" on their tour is another sign that Harry and Meghan seem to be embarking on a career to work with young people.
Prince Harry has already assumed the role of Commonwealth Youth Ambassador after receiving the role of the Queen in order to modernize the role of the Commonwealth monarchy.
