Henry Cavill would be Superman and not appear in future DC movies

Henry Cavill apparently donned Superman's cloak in the Worlds of DC universe.

according to The Hollywood Reporter, Warner Bros had tried to make Cavill appear in a cameo role in Shazam!but the negotiations have failed between the two parties and it seems unlikely that his Superman will be back in future DC films.

Cavill has so far appeared in three DC movies as Superman – Steel man, Batman v Superman and Justice League. It is said that he could not appear in Shazam! because of scheduling conflicts, but it's not clear if that's because of his upcoming role in The witcher TV show.
