The New Mexico Department of Health (NMDOH) recommends that clients who have been to a particular spa in Albuquerque HIV, hepatitis B and Hepatitis C. During an inspection on September 7, officials identified practices that could spread blood-borne infections.

A "vampire face" is a nonsurgical face where the patient's blood is removed and then blood components are reinjected into the face using micro-needles. The procedure sparked some enthusiasm after being popularized by celebrities such as Kim Kardashian.
KRQE reports that a note on the spa door earlier this week that a family emergency had been reported was forcing them to cancel their appointments throughout the week.
"Honestly, it made my stomach ache right away, it all started to come to my mind, regrets, not knowing that you trusted so much. trust that everything would be fine, "a former VIP Spa customer told the resort.
The NMDOH offers free, confidential testing and counseling on HIV, hepatitis B and hepatitis C.
