Are Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin getting ready to go to the alley?
That's what it looks like, because the two men were spotted at the Marriage Office in New York, where marriage licenses are issued. A source tells ET that Bieber and Baldwin are not married.
A photo obtained by TMZ shows the couple heading to the building on Thursday, where witnesses told the outlet that Bieber was crying and told his fiancée, "I can not wait to marry baby."
In New York, marriage licenses are valid for 24 hours after issue and up to 60 calendar days after that date. This means that if Bieber and Baldwin have actually obtained a marriage license, they could get married anytime between Friday and November 13th.
However, a judge or judge of the New York Supreme Court or the county judge where Baldwin or Bieber resides may waive the 24-hour waiting period.
A source told ET last month that Bieber, 24, and Baldwin, 21, were in no hurry to get married after asking the question on July 7th.
"The couple has spoken to many close people and listens to the constant advice they receive to" enjoy the race, "the source said.[They are] in a romantic relationship and work on the foundation now to keep it forever. "
Bieber was photographed with her fiancée's father, Stephen Baldwin, on Monday, just after the model had made it clear that she was not letting anything get out of the cloud.
"I'm more than excited," she said at the The telegraph of the day"S Stellar magazine of his upcoming wedding. "I do not think it really touches me. I've learned to do my best to ignore negativity at this time so that I can enjoy this season of my life.
