The journey of a fertility blogger through IVF and pregnancy ended in tragedy after her husband had revealed that she had died during an emergency cesarean section .
The future Spanish mother Vanessa Fernandez Arango, 30, received social media by sharing news about her fertility treatment on Instagram over the past year.
But she suffered a fatal heart attack during an operation after fainting when she felt bad, leaving her husband, Jonathan Garcia, 32, sharing the sad news with its 2,700 followers.
The little boy, called Alvaro, survived the operation.
The couple, originally from Bilbao, is married in 2016 and Vanessa then documented their efforts to have a baby.
She had lost her fallopian tubes after suffering complications during two previous pregnancies, which meant that she needed fertility treatment to have a child, reported El Mundo.
The messages on social media were meant to "help women who were in the same situation or similar," said her husband.
When she revealed her positive pregnancy test, she wrote online: "The beginning of the end, the beginning of life, the end of suffering".
But earlier this month, she fainted after having trouble with breakfast and was taken to the hospital.
The doctors started an emergency caesarean section to give birth but she had a cardiac arrest and died just hours after being hospitalized.
In sharing the news online, Jonathan wrote, "This is Vanessa's husband. They performed an emergency cesarean section. The baby is in intensive care. Vanessa is dead

The post was accompanied by a photo of Vanessa wearing a pink bikini and sunglasses while her husband put his hand on his pregnant belly.
Paying tribute, he said: "She was unique, the best friend, girl, companion, woman and I am sure that she would have been a great mother.
"She would like above all that what surrounds assisted procreation is not a taboo subject in society."
A week after Vanessa's death, her husband posted pictures of Alvaro baby on track, first in intensive care and later when he received his first bottle.
He said: "I never imagined that a farewell message in his honor would have led to such an avalanche of support. I want you to know that I will continue his dream of helping other couples.
The couple would have met in 2010, the day Spain won the FIFA World Cup and married six years later.
