The autumn is in the air and you can practically taste the fun sized sweets on your tongue. Halloween is just around the corner. The holiday and the new horror sequel to director David Gordon Green and co-author Danny McBride were performed with the help of director John Carpenter and original star Jamie Lee Curtis. Today, we have some new phantasmagorical photos of the cast.
Here we see the entire cast in action as they scream, kick and make weapons to fight the famous slasher slayer Michael Myers. This last Halloween The film eliminates all previous sequels, directly following the 1978 classic. Laurie Strode has been waiting for Michael's inevitable comeback for more than 40 years, and this time, the mum who wraps the guns is ready to take revenge.
Laurie and Michael will come to their final showdown in this breathtaking thriller. The film was recently presented to TIFF for a standing ovation, to which Jamie Lee Curtis responded by shouting: "Happy HalloweenMother F * ckers! to the crowd. In this new version of the long-time horror franchise, we have a Laurie who has been haunted by the memory of Michael Myers for years, as he narrowly escaped his kitchen knife.
A team of British documentaries arrived to visit Michael in prison. They make a retrospective on the night of terror of the maniac. Their documentary takes an interesting turn when Myers escapes custody, retrieves his iconic William Shatner mask, puts it on his face and goes to Haddonfield for an even more brutal murder case. He wants to end Laurie once and for all. And in doing so, he accumulates an impressive number of bodies.
Judy Greer, who plays Laurie's daughter, Karen, and Andi Matichak, who plays Laurie's granddaughter, Allyson. Nick Castle resumes his role as a disturbing figure for a cameo chosen in the film. James Jude Courtney will do most of the work as Michael Myers.
In the photos below, we see Rhian Rees as Dana, screaming. She is one of the members of the documentary team, who can experience the anger of Michael Myers. We will also see Will Patton as Officer Hawkins, while he is investigating an abandoned bus that once contained the now extinct Michael Myers.
Director David Gordon Green is also present during his visit to the grave of Judy, Myers's sister. We also have the chance to see Green play with his co-writer Danny McBride, who takes a short break from the work of comedy to put a real fear in all our hearts with the new Halloween. These images come from Universal Picture. Until now, most critics are digging this new approach to Michael Myers' myth. We will have to wait until October 19th to see it for ourselves, but this should be one of the biggest successes this fall.
