Heat

Fruit
This may seem unconventional, but adding fruit to your guacamole will give it a nice sweetness that acts as a contrast with the salty avocado. Pomegranate seeds, pineapple, mango and grapefruit are all good options.

Sour cream
If you want to give your guac a little creamy, you can try adding just a little sour cream or Greek yogurt.

Honey
You do not need to add fruit to give your guacamole a sweet side. Sleeping honey in your dip is a good way to balance the spices you include.

Tequila
You do not need to reserve any tequila for the margarita you drink with your guacamole. Pour a splash in the dip for a fun touch. (Just make sure to keep this one away from children.)
