Jenna Jameson maintains Keto weight loss by "increasing" calories

    For most, the ultimate goal of dieting (like the keto diet) is to lose weight, but what happens when you finally reach your goal?

    For Jenna Jameson, she is working on maintaining (she is happy at 125 pounds right now) – and that means she has to take a few calories.

    "Since I'm my goal weight (125), I do not want to lose anymore, so I'm going to increase my calories from my usual #ketodiet," she wrote in a new Instagram article, next a new before and after picture of herself.

    But for Jenna, that does not mean returning to her old unhealthy eating habits: "I do not tell myself …" It's good to eat nastiness turned into rubbish! she wrote.

    For example, she says, "Yesterday I ate a huge sriracha burger with jalapeños made with protein. I ate salmon and a big Caesar salad for dinner, and I took my usual three eggs and cheese for breakfast.

    As a result, she adds, her size is "staying in place". "I think a lot of us are concerned about details that do not really matter, such as exact times and numbers," she continued. "My advice is to trust your intuition and trust your body. I also allow myself treatment more often now. Once a week, I get ice cream or ice cream. A guilty pleasure for sure!

    A few days ago, Jenna also told what a typical "cheat meal" looks like. "When I cheat, I go to the IIIIIIN! Israeli style! She wrote, next to a picture of herself in front of several plates of food.

    But overall, Jenna followed (and still follows) the keto diet perfectly. She shared exactly what she's eating with fans on Instagram at the end of August, saying she's leaving for "exactly the same thing" every morning: three cheese eggs and to the lawyer. "Lunch is my biggest meal," she said.

    As for the sriracha burgers at its delicious, I'll take two.
