Where to get your flu shot in Somerville

SOMERVILLE, MA – The cold and flu season is approaching, which means it's time for the annual flu vaccination clinics offered by the Somerville City Department of Health and Social Services. Clinics offer free flu shots to residents of Somerville aged four and over (children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian). They will be held from September 20, 2018, at various times and places in the community, until the stockpile of vaccines in the city runs out. Due to the limited supply and availability of nurses, vaccines will be available only during the clinic's official hours.

The clinics will be organized as follows until the stocks of vaccines are exhausted:

All clinics are for all ages 3 years and over with or without health insurance. If you have health insurance, please bring your health insurance card (this includes health insurance). Please note that the vaccine mist formulation is no longer recommended by the CDC and will no longer be available. Residents requiring additional assistance or other accommodations should contact the health department at 617-625-6600 ext. 4300.
