"We should just burn it": 30 reclusive brown spiders found at home

COUNTY OF PAULDING, Ga. – A Georgian mother says that poisonous spiders have invaded her house and she does not know how to get them out.

The mother said that the first night she moved in, she found 30 brown spiders.

Brown recluse spiders are known for their distinctive fiddle pattern on the back. The National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health has stated that the bites of these spiders are extremely rare, but that white blisters usually develop and that serious lesions can develop, requiring medical attention.

"I'm just saying we should just burn it," laughed Nicole Photianos.

She and her husband contacted the family who sold them the house and said that they had never had spider problems during the 10 years they lived there, the news channel reported. She believes that they became active after their house was vacant for four months and that molding work was done.

"I think they've always lived in the walls – they just went out when they did the work, so yes, they're just everywhere," said Nicole Photianos.

Photianos said that the exterminators treated the house every week but the spiders kept coming back.

For the moment, Photianos said that she would continue to spray at her home and that children in prayer remain safe.

"They are literally my biggest fear," said Photianos.
