Jenner chose to keep her private pregnancy trip until the birth of Stormi, but PEOPLE first confirmed the news of her baby Jenner and Scott in September 2017.
"The most fun game is the Kylie pregnancy game, just to see what people think," said Kim, 37. "Like, there were pictures of her on TMZ and she looked so skinny.
