PRINCE George is a real soldier – while he's going to a wedding.
He provoked hysterics as he walked in a white shirt and blue shorts.
While he remained faithful to his page role with military precision, his sister was a little more convincing.
Princess Charlotte did not share her brother's enthusiasm for their special role, while the flower girl nervously grabbed a bouquet.
She seemed shy dressed in a pretty white coat gown with a ruched collar in a series of adorable photos of young members of the royal family.
The prince and princess assumed their principal duties, acclaimed by the proud parents of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
A snapshot shows George, five years old, looking over his shoulder at the photographers as he held his mother's hand.
In another group stroke, Kate lovingly rocked Charlotte, three, in her arms.
The members of the royal family mingled with the other guests at the chic wedding of Sophie Carter and Robert Snuggs, Kate's close friends, at the St Andrew's Episcopal Church in Letheringsett, Norfolk.
George and Charlotte were chosen to be one of three bridesmaids and four-page boys participating in the ceremony.
They all wore outfits from Amaia Kids, one of Kate's favorite brands.
A royal observer said of the young prince: "George was having a good time running like the leader of the pack.
"He loved his responsibility and played with the crowd. At one point, everyone laughed as he started to walk.
"Charlotte did not really like being the center of attention."
The young members of the Royal Family took on the roles of bridesmaid and page boy twice before, at the wedding of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry in May, and at the wedding of Pippa Middleton and James Matthews in 2017.
For Saturday's celebration, Kate's mom wore a striking blue dress and Daddy William was dressed in a traditional magpie's tail.
Also present were parents of Kate, Carole and Michael Middleton, as well as the Duchess's brother, James Middleton.
Pippa Middleton was notably absent, probably because she is expecting her first child next month.
Kate has been close friends of Mrs. Carter for years. The duo was spotted for the first time at Wimbledon in 2008.
Ms. Carter was also named one of Princess Charlotte's godparents prior to her baptism in 2015.
According to reports, she has close relations with the royal authorities and once went out with Thomas van Straubenzee, a close friend of Prince William.
