There is a good reason why Princess Anne does not shake hands during royal walks – she respects the tradition!
"We never shook hands," says the 68-year-old daughter of Queen Elizabeth II, in a brief overview of HBO's upcoming documentary. Queen of the world.
"The theory was that you could not shake hands with everyone, so do not start. So, I'm sticking to that, but I noticed that the others were not doing it, "she notes, laughing.
Anne goes on to explain that if "it's not for me to say that's not the case," the royal marabouts have changed a lot since the queen began using the custom in the 1970s.
"It's a shaking exercise rather than a walk," she says.

"The phones are pretty bad, but the iPads – you can not even see their heads," she notes. "No idea who you are talking to."
"I do not bother or just say," Look, if you want to ask … I suggest you put that, "she adds. "It's strange, people do not believe that they lived the event unless they took a picture."
