An employee of Comerica Park has recently crossed a major health line and is now paying the price.
A video was posted Friday on Instagram. She shows a food service worker identified as Jaylon Kerley, 20, spitting on pizza for customers. The incident occurred in a game between the Detroit Tigers and the Kansas City Royals.
Kerley has since been fired, arrested and on Tuesday indicted for crimes and misdemeanors, according to the Associated Press.

Kerley's indictment is punishable by up to four years in prison, according to The Press.
It must also be tested for infectious diseases.
