A Lion Air passenger was shocked when she boarded her flight from Palembang to Jakarta, Indonesia and discovered that her seat did not exist in the plane.

Satwika Ika took Facebook to express her confusion about the accident. On the photo that Ika shared on social media, her ticket seemed to be marked for 35F, but the lines of the plane ended at 34.

Ika alerted an air hostess who she said was "rude" and "lacking in manners", but explained when Ika bought her ticket for the September 16 flight on the airliner Low price.

Ika noted that she was not the only one without a seat – a family with a young child was also assigned to row 35, reports Daily Mail.

Fortunately, once everyone boarded, Ika was directed to an empty seat in the middle of the plane.

Lion Air apologized to Ika on social media after his deleted message was viewed and broadcast more than 10,000 times, reports Daily Mail.

According to the Daily Mail, Lion Air's communications manager, Danang Mandala Prihantoro, wrote that the flight should have been operated initially by a Boeing 737-900ER with a capacity of 215 seats spread over 39 rows. Because of aircraft rotations that could have potentially caused flight delays, Lion Air used a Boeing 737-800NG with 189 seats and 34 rows instead.

Although Ika acknowledged the apology of the airliner, she was upset that the carrier did not say anything about the "rude" behavior of the two flight attendants.
