the Jersey Shore Viewers have seen Jenni "JWoww" Farley's relationship with Roger Mathews from the very beginning. Now it's over. JWoww filed for divorce from Roger Mathews according to a report by Asbury Park Press. The publication was reported to have been seized of the divorce suit filed on September 12 in Ocean County, New Jersey. The file cited "common irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split. JWoww representatives had no comments for Bustle on the reports.
UPDATE, 10:16 pm ET: Mathews confirmed the split in a video posted on his Instagram account Thursday night. "We asked for a divorce, that's true," he said in the video. "There is no cheating or nonsense or juicy detail, it's just that she's tired of the repetitive pattern in which we have fallen."
Earlier: According to the newspaper, JWoww's filing said:
"The plaintiff and the defendant have irreconcilable differences that have caused the breakdown of the marriage for a period of at least six months, which makes it appear that the marriage must be dissolved and that there is no has no prospect of reconciliation. "
To date, there have been no definite reasons for the dissolution of marriage, but since this relationship has been in the public eye for years, it will inevitably happen in the long run.
In an article posted on Instagram in April 2018, Mathews hinted that there were problems in their marriage with a very long legend. He wrote,
"My wife and I agree that we are fed up with celebrity couples claiming to have a perfect relationship and when they break up, they release a PC statement saying that someone else has wrote that they were always the best friends. * and are "devastated", their favorite couple broke up.
It's too ironic to read at this point.
He also wrote, "Well, we're going to keep it real for you." Some days it's hard to stay together, some days she calls me by the head (because I am). Grass is greener. We are not even close to perfection and I have no intention of pretending we are.But we are perfectly flawed one for the other. " Apparently, this is not the case since JWoww decided to file.
For its part, the last time the Jersey Shore The star posted something on Instagram with her husband on August 14th. She shared a video of their behavior while their daughter was singing in the car. To be fair, Instagram is not an indication of anyone's relationship status, but it was not so long ago that they were happy to stay with family. Again, it seems that JWoww no longer follows Mathews on Instagram, even if he still follows her.
Even though the former couple has not yet publicly answered this question, fans can not help but share their sadness on Twitter. One of them tweeted"JWoww and Roger getting divorced is really a drag on my day." It's safe. Imagine how JWoww and Mathews feel if their fans are taking the most difficult crack.
A fan even seen imminent divorce reported as a bad omen for their own personal relationship, tweeting, "it sucks.I thought me and Halley were going to be together 4eva, but apparently jwoww just asked for sooo divorce."
There were actually several fans who personally took this split. A person tweeted"I mourn Jwoww and Rogers for divorce, I do not believe in love anymore" with a GIF of Will Ferrell crying and trying to drink a glass of wine.
Normally, Thursday evenings are reserved to watch Jersey family family vacation. The fact that this news ended on Thursday brings such sadness to Jerzday. A the viewer tweetedRoger and Jwoww are going to divorce, not like that #Jerzday had to go. "
And of course, that had to happen: somebody had to use this forever infamous GIF from Tyra Banks screaming C & # 39; is just so applicable here.
As "normal", as JWoww and Mathews have appeared throughout the years on television and on social media, their relationship has been put in the spotlight throughout this period. It is quite logical that they are trying to get as much confidentiality as they can during this time, but it is not surprising that their fans are just so invested.
