It is notoriously difficult to navigate the streets of New York, but at the beginning of the week they might have been the dark side of the moon.
For a special segment on The late show with Stephen Colbert, astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson moderated the talk show host during a ride through the streets of New York aboard a NASA rover.

The concept vehicle was built by the Florida-based Parker Brothers Concepts, and the six-wheeled vehicle serves as a prototype for an off-road vehicle that the first humans who will land on the red planet may be able to use.
"Before sending it to Mars, they want to see if it can withstand the inhospitable atmosphere of urine-based humidity in New York," Colbert said before get in the vehicle and get off 53rd Street.
