A 20-year-old man reportedly killed his four-year-old brother at the Brooklyn boy's house, the police said.
Police responding to a 911 call found the boy, Shimron Smith, unconscious and unconscious in the courtyard in front of his home on Nostrand Avenue, between J and K at East Midwood, around 3:30 pm Saturday.
Smith was declared dead at the scene, police said.
Smith's 20-year-old brother, whose name was not released, was arrested, the NYPD said.
The investigation is underway
