Cardi B s went to the police on Monday morning, PEOPLE can confirm. The rapper went on a fight at the beginning of the year at a strip club in Queens, New York, according to several reports.
A New York Police Department Information Officer told PEOPLE that Cardi's "was today at 109 Precinct", located in Flushing, Queens. According to NBC Channel 4 News, she went to the police shortly before 10 o'clock.
Upon entering the police station, she was seen wearing a beige skirt and slit at the height of the thigh, as well as a white blouse and heels.
An NYPD point of view told POEPLE that the charges were "pending," but TMZ said it would likely be charged with a minor offense and disorderly conduct, citing sources close to the case. According to the prosecution, these charges stem from an incident that occurred on August 29, when two bartenders claimed that Cardi had ordered an attack against them. While the bartenders were injured during the fight, the two women refused to receive medical treatment.
According to TMZ, sources close to Cardi have already denied being involved in the attack.
She is scheduled to appear in court on October 29.
A representative of the rapper did not immediately return PEOPLE's request for comment.
