Cardi B s went to the police on Monday morning, PEOPLE can confirm. The rapper went on a fight at the beginning of the year at a strip club in Queens, New York, according to several reports.

A New York Police Department Information Officer told PEOPLE that Cardi's "was today at 109 Precinct", located in Flushing, Queens. According to NBC Channel 4 News, she went to the police shortly before 10 o'clock.

While the bartenders were injured during the fight, the two women refused to receive medical treatment.

According to TMZ, sources close to Cardi have already denied being involved in the attack.

She is scheduled to appear in court on October 29.
