Cardi B was charged with one count of assault and two counts of reckless endangerment, all minor offenses, following an alleged incident at a Queens striptease club in August , by The New York Times.
She received a summons for her misdemeanors and delivered to the N.Y.P.D. Flushing neighborhood Monday morning. After being charged, she will have to appear in court on October 29, at the Time.

This alleged incident dates back to August 15, when two sisters, the bartenders at the Angels Strip Club in Queens, were attacked with bottles and chairs, police said.
