Kevin Owens and Elias are facing John Cena and Bobby Lashley at the WWE PPV in Australia this weekend (the show airs at 5 am ET on WWE Network, which is not ideal), and Owens pointed out that he and Elias were a team of the same opinion but that Cena and Lashley make sense. Elias added, "It makes no sense, you know, it's like having a basketball team in Seattle."
Elias and Owens were booed by the Seattle crowd for the duration of their promo, about five minutes more. After the initial comment and after letting the boos breathe, Renee Young launched a great slogan: "No respect for Detlef Shrempf."
