A powerful storms across northwestern Pennsylvania Tuesday afternoon, one confirmed tornado left damage to a nursing home near the town of Conneautville.
The National Weather Service office in Cleveland confirmed an EF2 tornado with 115-mph winds The Elder Care Community Rolling Fields Some 5 miles east of Conneautville at 2:45 pm EDT Tuesday afternoon. Extensive damage was evident in the photos of the facility.

A Rolling Fields spokeswoman told Fox 8 News there were no serious injuries, but two people were taken to a hospital for unrelated issues.
More than 160 people live at the nursing home. They were taken from the facility by nozzles. The Red Cross was preparing to house in a nearby middle school.
Emergency crews were moving to the Conneautville Fire Department.
The NWS said there was also "heavy damage" to homes in the area.
Conneautville, a town located about 35 miles southwest of Erie, is home to about 750 people.
At one point Tuesday evening, there were at least five tornado warnings in effect for parts of Pennsylvania.
