Amy Schumer and Emily Ratajkowski announced the news after their arrest at an anti-Kavanaugh demonstration in Washington on Thursday in Washington. But what is their punishment?
A spokeswoman for the Capitol Police told TheWrap that 293 people had been arrested for illegally demonstrating in the atrium of the Hart Senate building. Nine others were arrested for "illegal protest activities" on the fourth floor of the Dirksen Senate office building.
All have been accused of "overcrowding, obstruction or inconvenience" – and this probably includes Schumer and Ratajkowski.
The spokeswoman said the arrested people were being treated and released, but that she was not able to confirm the names of those arrested because of the large number of people being held treatment.

Those arrested will be fined $ 50 for the offense, according to the police.
"Today, I was arrested for protesting against the candidacy of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, a man who was accused of sexual assault by several women," wrote Ratajkowski in a statement. Instagram post Thursday afternoon. "Men who hurt women can no longer be placed in positions of power. Kavanaugh's confirmation as a judge of the United States Supreme Court is a message to the women of this country that they do not matter. Schumer also took place with dozens of other protesters at the Hart Senate building on Capitol Hill.

A video of the actress shows her detention while she was led by a police officer and a large group of protesters.

Schumer's representatives did not immediately respond to requests for comment. A Ratajkowski publicist referred TheWrap to his Instagram post on the incident.
