Busy Philipps talks about a scary incident with his co-star "Freaks and Geeks", James Franco.
In her next memoir, "It will only hurt a bit", Philipps, 39, remembers another cast member, Franco, 40, who physically assaulted her on shooting.
The actress "I Feel Pretty" describes Kim Kelly in the teen drama, the occasional girlfriend of Franco's character, Daniel Desario. When filming a scene, Philipps says that she was instructed to "gently hit" Franco on the chest while she was delivering a line.
It was at this point that trouble began, says Philipps, describing Franco as a "bully" on the set of the series. The actor would have broken his character and got upset with her, she recalls in an excerpt checked by Yahoo Entertainment and The Hollywood Reporter.
"(Franco) m took both arms and shouted in my face:" NEVER TOUCH ME AGAIN! She said, "And he threw me to the ground … Flat on the back The wind hit me.
After the altercation, Philipps said she broke down in front of her co-star, Linda Cardellini, who advised the actress to report the incident to her manager.

According to Philipps, Franco apologized the next day, although she thinks her remorse was forced by the producers and directors of the series. She adds that Franco has never suffered any consequences for his actions.
"Freaks and Geeks", premiered in 1999 and airing for one season, featured members of the Cardellini cast, Jason Segal, Seth Rogan, John Daley, Martin Starr and Samm Levine, as well as Philipps and Franco.
The allegation against the actor of "The Disaster Artist" of Philipps, a mother of two, comes less than a year after five women accused Franco of sexual misconduct in a report from the Los Angeles Times.
Franco has denied the previous accusations against him. USA TODAY made contact with the representative of the actor in light of Philipps' accusation.
