A worker at Comerica Park who is accused of spitting pizza dough has been tested and declared free from infectious diseases, the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office said Tuesday.

Jaylon Juwan Kerley, 20, of Roseville, was tested on Sept. 27 at the Macomb County Health Department and waived his right to privacy regarding the test results, the prosecutor's office said. The results show that it has been tested negative for all sexually transmitted diseases, the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and hepatitis.

The authorities claim that Kerley spat a pizza that he was preparing and covered his saliva with pizza sauce while he was working at the Tigers Stadium on September 21st. The incident was filmed and filmed by the security officer of Comerica Park.

Kerley, who was fired, is charged with a violation of food law, a four-year-old crime and a food-law offense, a crime of 90 days.
