"This is my life with which you play"

A week after Sijara Eubanks thought she was fighting for a UFC title, she's out again.

Eubanks (3-2 MMA, 1-0 UFC) was announced for a UFC 230 main event title fight for the vacant female flyweight belt earlier this month. His opponent was to be Valentina Shevchenko (15-3 MMA, 4-2 UFC).

Shevchenko had been hired to face Joanna Jedrzejczyk (14-2 MMA, 9-2 UFC) for the vacant UFC 231 belt, but the UFC then changed the game and left Jedrzejczyk to the l '. gap.

Today, however, the UFC has changed course and announced that Daniel Cormier against Derrick Lewis was a new main event for UFC 230, allowing Eubanks-Shevchenko to not be in the same position. head of the list. And that, in itself, would probably not have been a problem for Eubanks.

Instead, Shevchenko was booked for his initial place at UFC 231 against Jedrzejczyk. And just like that, the hopes of the title of Eubanks, for the moment, went up in smoke. Where there is smoke, there is fire, and it probably comes from Eubanks who burns a lot of people on Twitter after hearing the news.

Eubanks included in her tweets Dana White, UFC president and matchmaker Mick Maynard, in which she said, "This is my life you play with."

A more severe tweet from Eubanks came up earlier in the night, but she deleted it.

Eubanks also appealed directly to Shevchenko for their fight to be booked and asked Jedrzejczyk to "stay sodomized on vacation".

Eubanks reached the final of the "26 TUF", but had weight problems and was removed from the fight. Instead, Roxanne Modafferi beat Montano and lost. This left Eubanks from the outside looking, hoping to return to the good graces of the promotion. She did it with a decisive win over Lauren Murphy in early June for her first official UFC win.

Shevchenko lost a bantamweight battle for champion Amanda Nunes against UFC 215 13 months ago, before moving to flyweight. In February, she sent Priscila Cachoeira back to the division, but has not fought since.
